How to toast almonds
Toasting almonds increases their flavor.
To toast almonds use a heavy pan, preferably nonstick. Do not grease the pan.
Over medium to medium high heat stir the almonds until golden brown. Once they start browning, don't stop stirring. They burn easily. Depending on the pan, your stove and how many nuts you're toasting, this will only take 5-10 minutes. When almonds are done remove from pan or keep stirring till pan cools.
