Larger sprouts like mung bean and lentil can take a little eat. You can add then at the end of stir fry, fried rice, chillies and soups. Here are some recipes I like to use them in:

Perfect Potato Salad decrease potatoes from 5 cups to 4, add 1 cup lentil sprouts. They taste like fresh green peas.
