Any thin...No negative vibes to your cookies there. Any thing with chocolate chips in it, I totally enjoy eating. BUT, I do not necessarily enjoy making. I'm just too lazy for all the measuring and creaming and not to mention cleaning up afterwords. I should start a blog called "Laziest Cook Ever." ANYWAY, I've got a pumpkin cookies recipe that I pull out every fall. This year we made 6 batches and took them around to friends on Conference weekend. At church this week everyone was telling me how wonderful they were. So if anyone is interested:
1 yellow cake mix
1 cup canned pumpkin pie mix (if you get just the plain canned pumpkin, you need to add 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice)
1/4 cup butter or margarine (softened)
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Mix thoroughly and drop generous tablespoons on greased cookie sheet. Bake 12 min at 375. Makes about about 30 cookies give or take.Melanie Staleynoreply@blogger.com
